Laundromat FAQ

We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, from 6AM to 10PM.
Last wash is at 9PM so please plan your visit accordingly.

You can use traditional quarters or the Dexterpay app. Simply load, select your cycle, and pay via your preferred method.

Yes. We have to large 80 lb. or 8-load washers at the front of the store.

365 Laundromat is not responsible for lost or abandoned items. However, we do have a lost and found—please check with an attendant or visit the store.

Our machines take coin and we have a change machine onsite. You can also use the Dexterpay app to use our equipment.

Wash and Fold Questions

You can drop off your laundry between 9AM and 3PM Monday through Friday. If you need service outside of these hours, please call (213) 342-1235.

We use only premium brand products for our fluff and fold.

Our minimum for fluff and fold is $30.

Bring your laundry to our store between 9AM and 3PM Monday through Friday and simply let an attendant know. We will weigh it, take your contact info, and give you an estimated completion time (usually next-day). When your order is ready for pick-up, we'll notify you.

Orders are weighed on our certified scales upon arrival and weighed again after the order is completed. This means we charge based on the dry weight of your laundry so you don't pay extra for damp items.

Generally, most orders are scheduled for the next day. You can, for an additional charge and if we have the time to do so, get same-day fluff and fold service.

No we do not. 

Pickup and Delivery Questions

We offer this on-demand, however, driver availability varies. We encourage you to sign in and reserve pick-up and drop-off times as soon as possible.

Yes, there is a $45 minimum for all pickup and delivery orders within our service area. 

Your washed and folded clothes will be returned to you 48 hours after we pick them up.

Easy! Just click on the Schedule a Pickup button and follow the instructions. 

No, you do not. However, you do need to specify where we can find your order upon pick-up and where we should leave it at delivery time.

When placing your order online, you'll find a section labeled 'Preferences' where you can list the tasks you'd like us to perform with every laundry service. We'll do our best to accommodate within reason.

No, you don't. You can cancel at any time. 

When you place your order, we will ask for your credit card information. Your card will not be charged until your order is complete. 

We recommend putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a trash bag that cinches closed. 

You can suspend your account until you return from your vacation. Just log into your account and put your service on hold until you return.

Commercial accounts enjoy volume pricing tailored to their specific needs. Contact us for a custom quote based on your weekly poundage.

Commercial clients can choose between pay-per-load or flexible weekly invoicing to fit their business accounting.

Yes. We can create custom wash cycles (temp/detergent) for linens, towels, or uniforms to meet your industry standards.
